Watch me plan and watch me make it

With Thanksgiving around the corner we wanted to give some helpful tips to planning the Perfect Thanksgiving Feast. So here is a list of items that will be ripe and in season for the fall. Focusing on using products that are in season has a few benefits: 1. The food will taste great! When veggies are in season they are going to be at their full potential, kind of like when a child grows up, they know more, and make better decisions, except with veggies they taste better. 2. You can save a bit of money! How? When you purchase fruits and veggies in season the amount of crop yield is higher resulting in lower prices for you the shopper. 3. If saving money and tasting better isn't enough, the fresh stuff will last longer. When the items you purchase are in season they are fresher, meaning they will last longer in your fridge and on your shelves. Capturing the best of fall harvest is a way to help your Thanksgiving be a bit better.
